Kutumbh Ke Sitaare - A Reward and Recognition Program that celebrates top performances - saw a huge round of applause for the award winners in May 2024. The show was attended by every Kutumbh family member. Everyone looked happy and cheered for the winners. It reflects a positive environment in the Kutumbh family. Something we have been embracing since our inception in 2007.

The Show Begins with an Inspirational Speech by the HR Head

The HR Head delivered an inspirational speech by appreciating the top performers and the ones who could not win. The speech focused on the parameters based on which the jury members decided winners across award categories. Performances were so top-notch that it became extremely tough for the jury members to decide winners from the list of nominations.

A Look into Award Nominations

Kutumbh Ke Sitaare Program is divided into four award categories - Customer Champion Award, Rising Star Award, Most Recognised Employee Award and Process Improvement Award.

Each employee was asked to nominate themselves for the categories they wanted. We witnessed an overwhelming response as many nominated themselves for the award.
