Kutumbh Ke Sitaare Reward & Recognition Program for March 2024

Kutumbh Ke Sitaare Reward & Recognition Program for March 2024 was a spectacular event filled with excitement, joy and celebrations. What’s more, the event was bigger with more awards, more accolades and more happiness. This ceremony added the Best Process Improvement Award and Most Recognised Employee Award to the Customer Champion Award, which was there for the Feb 2024 edition too. The show was attended by all, including the jury members.

It All Started with an Inauguration Speech

The show started with an inauguration speech from the HR and Marketing heads. Both of them spoke at length about the awards on offer, the nomination process, the methodology to calculate scores, and more. They also exhorted more participation from people to drive engagement and a lively atmosphere within the Kutumbh Care family.

Customer Champion Award - It’s an award that celebrates the work of those which shows high customer centricity. Each department of Kutumbh is customer-focused, be it the HR team, service team, digital marketing team or any other.
