The Show Began with a Wonderful Inauguration Speech from the HR

The inauguration speech from HR highlighted the award nomination process, the methodology adopted by jury members to decide winners, the number of nominations that came, and more. Importantly, everyone paid attention to the speech and clapped for winners when their names came across different award categories.
