Hard work, outstanding performance and going the extra mile do get noticed and rewarded. And it happened at Kutumbh Care Group - One Group, One Family - with Kutumbh Ke Sitaare - A Reward & Recognition Program - where talent meets recognition and fame - on Feb 29, 2024, before a huge gathering. For Feb 2024, we initiated the Customer Champion Award - where our jury members judged based on the customer-centricity approach the Kutumbh Stars showed through their work across departments.

Since all of them put their best foot forward, it was important to recognise the best among all the departments. So, we categorised the Customer Champion Award across departments as shown below.

The Nomination Process

We started by implementing the nomination process across departments wherein we asked them certain questions on a customer-centric approach. They answered based on how their work impressed customers in the form of enhanced business, social media post likes and shares, and customer acquisition & retention, among others.

The nomination process received a superb response as almost everyone participated in the same, reflecting how committed and strong performers Kutumbh Care Group has.

Jury Members Had a Tough Time Deciding the Winners

Since the performance was top-notch from nominated members, jury members comprising Abhitosh Yadav (CEO, JobsYahan), Jatinder Khanna (Business Head, reBLISS) and Abhishek Dora (Finance Head, Kutumbh Care) had to introspect minutely to figure out the winners.
