Another glittering award ceremony and another glittering evening summed up the Kutumbh Ke Sitaare Reward & Recognition Program for April 2024. The show had everyone in attendance, right from the top management to the award nominees, award winners and all those working for Kutumbh Care Group - Creating Joyful Relations.
It All Started with an Inauguration Speech from the Marketing and HR Heads
Marketing and HR heads of the Kutumbh Care Group family started the ceremony with a joint inauguration speech. Both of them emphasised the importance of building a strong team culture by sharing their inputs and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation with their outstanding performance. They also gave the rationale of the jury members when deciding the winners from a list where each one had put in their best for April 2024. They stressed how tough it was for the jury members to decide the winners. It was a tight and healthy competition that epitomises the spirit of the Kutumbh family.
